Meet Max the 9 year old Chinese Crested and Ruby the 12 year old Plummer Terrier. Don’t let their age fool you as these guys are full of fun and excitement! Max and Ruby are looking for a loving family who will play lots of games and take them on new adventures. They are a close knit pair and both have such unique and fun personalities.
Max is a affectionate little dog who would be quite happy to sit on your lap all day. He can be a bit anxious about unknown people entering his property but he is a happy friendly dog. Max will need someone who understands the grooming requirements of a long haired dog to prevent matting. Max also has some back pain which is being treated with pain relief
Both Max and Ruby have previously been to daycare, so they have it in them to get along with other dogs, however they are slightly frustration reactive on lead. They need understanding owners to help remind them that they cant say hi to every dog they walk past!
Ruby is a very playful, smiley girl and loves to play tug and fetch, she also loves a good cuddle on the couch. As you may be able to tell Ruby is quite the foody and is on a strict diet to get her back to a healthy weight.
Max and Ruby are a lovely duo, they would like a home with older kids and preferably no other animals, however we would be willing to try them with other dogs.
